Welcome to the Maruyama Village. This Traditional Cottage is located in the mountains north of Osaka. At Maruyama Village guests reserve a whole Japanese house with kitchen, bathroom, garden,… There are 3 traditional houses available, they are 150 years old and have been recently renovated. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available. In contrast to the limited privacy experienced in a traditional ryokan, guests use the houses on their own. In a cottage you actually rent an entire house. The Maruyama Village can arrange breakfast. About the dinner, the ryokan staff would recommend 2 restaurants (Japanese or French), alternatively guest can prepare their own dinner at the Maruyama Village. Please note that there is no maid service.

Best memories
The village itself has been renovated and everything from its location to its interior is wonderful. The consideration of the staff is also very good. For breakfast, you can enjoy Japanese food in your room. Relax with a healthy breakfast that uses plenty of locally grown vegetables. Please spend a relaxing time with your dear friends.
